Q. How is Agent Dynamics profiling different to the other profiling types in use by the Real Estate Industry?
A. Agent Dynamics profiling has been developed specifically for the Real Estate Industry. It is role specific and clients have separate assessments for the positions of Principal, Salesperson, Property Manager and Admin/Support.
Q. Will my profile type change over time?
A. We don't believe so. In the past 5 years we have re-tested a number of clients and in each case the results have been the same as the original profile type.
Q. Do some profile types make better salespeople?
A. In short yes they do, although it is not so much the 'Profile' type but the 'Energy' type. Blaze energy is more of a natural seller if we base it upon their ability to communicate and establish relationships as this comes more naturally to them. The opposite energy to 'Blaze' is 'Steel' energy and we see a predominance of successful Property Managers and Administrators come from this quadrant on the Agent Dynamics square.
Q. How long does it take to be profiled?
A. At Agent Dynamics we have a two-step profiling system. The initial Agent Dynamics assessment is completed online and takes around 15 minutes. Once we receive your completed assessment, you will book in your 50-minute debrief session to explain your profile to you and answer any questions you may have.
Q. How do I get my results?
A. We will forward you your comprehensive Agent Dynamics Report via email. We then follow this up with a 50 minute live debrief which is facilitated via Zoom. We record your debrief and provide you with a dedicated link to enable you to download it for your future reference. The debrief enables you to not only have a full understanding of your profile but to also have any questions answered.
Q. What happens if at the completion of working with Agent Dynamics I am not happy or don't believe that I have received value?
