Before engaging Agent Dynamics, we believed that we were competent in most areas of our people management. It was only after our initial consultations with Julie and Neil did we find significant areas for improvement. Staff turnover was industry standard, team management was time consuming and cultural issues between staff members evident however we believed we were ‘doing our best’ and that it was at ‘normal’ and expected levels.
Since engaging Agent Dynamics, we saw a much more cohesive team environment. We were able to make positional changes between staff members and as a whole, the team became much more congruent in their collaboration efforts. Productivity increased and most importantly, team members simply seemed happier to be at work.
The profiling process has given us more confidence in staff selection and recruitment. Defined roles tailored to staff profiles has been an enormous shift in our business. On boarding of new team members has been simplified and profile driven.
Our most significant increase in productivity is in our rent roll. A restructure of staff (one moved on on discovery that we had the wrong person in the wrong position based on their profile) our rent roll grew from 159 Management’s to 238 in 12 months compared to a zero growth the previous year.
Engaging Julie and Neil as part of our recruitment strategy and ongoing team performance management has brought a sense of proficiency in our ability to attract the right staff for the right roles. Our confidence in people management has increased dramatically besides the significant benefit of low staff turnover.
There is no doubt Agent Dynamics has been a key implementation in our growth plans and will continue to play a vital role in our Human Resources.
