I wanted to say thank you for the exemplary service and advice we have received from you. We have used profiling initially when you first offered it. Reluctantly my business partner decided to allow me to use it to try to gain harmony between two staff members that weren’t getting along. Incredibly they now understand each other and have formed a truce!
Most recently we engaged you (and thank GOD we did!) to profile someone my business partner was very keen to put on in a vital role who looked very impressive. After a phone interview with you, and profiling, we realised we would have made a poor judgmental error. When I think about high recruitment costs, and the terrible cost and inconvenience as well as lost morale in getting the wrong person on-board, I am so grateful we made this incredible investment. I would highly recommend profiling for all of your team. You can’t change WHO they are but you can choose what work you give them which helps everyone.
