Before Agent Dynamics we were paying recruitment companies at least $50,000 a year to do our recruitment. And, of course, we would expect them to pre-qualify and interview people, and quite frankly that just wasn’t happening — and it cost the business in a big way. Not only in recruitment costs but also for property management contracts going out the door.
Since the profiling has been done, we haven’t really had any loss in retention. We’ve got a hundred percent stability inside of the business and it really does assist us in moving forward.
