Just wanted to say, thank you so much for the debrief this morning Neil and Julie. It was great to learn more about my strengths and how they will help me in my career. It was great to discover which profiles can help me provide the best service and develop great, strong relationships within my community while building a reputation as the woman with the team which gets the job done best.
I would definitely recommend that others take part in the profiling as it is well worth stopping and evaluating where your skills lie, where you need support, and how to put into place systems and staff that will make your team the full package with all bases covered.
I will definitely be looking into future workshops with Agent Dynamics to learn more about identifying the different profiles and how to approach them from a sales perspective.
