It was with absolute pleasure to be shown the Agent Dynamics profiles. Recently we have had our entire REJS team profiled. As a Recruitment Specialist I have done many profiles over the last 10 years plus, however after doing the profile with Agent Dynamics, I found it to be very clear and easy to understand for not only me, but all of my team. Just follow the link and complete the testing and then once the results come back you are given a debrief by Julie or Neil. This was GOLD, trust me this is the part that I got the full understanding of each of the team at REJS and of course myself.
To be given the debrief in detail so I could fully understand my profile and why I am like I am was fantastic. Then to understand why we are all so very different in the team and how we can communicate to each other meant I was able to better understand how to manage myself and my team. What we also got was clarification on who we currently have on board and what profiles we may require in the future to continue to build the team around Australia.
My STAR profile clearly aligns me to the brand and why I’m at the front all the time in Social Media and the networking circuit. (Stars are the best promoters. They need to lead from the front. Give them the chance to shine and give them the space to deliver results without tying them down.) I can also clearly understand why Richard Taylor my husband and business partner of REJS is a LORD and why we do work so well together with such a brilliant combination.
I would highly recommend any office to use the Agent Dynamic Profiling System to gain an understanding of yourself and your team and how best to manage them. We are recommending Agent Dynamics to our clients once we have placed a new employee to their team and to recommend them to gain an understanding of their team.
